Terms and Conditions – Refer a friend and they will receive 6 weeks rent free when they move in, and you’ll get £1000!

1. The Offer: 1) you will receive £1000 cash from us 2) your referral will receive 6-weeks rent free (saving a maximum of £6,500).
2. Offer Eligibility: This offer is only applicable to flats at The Sessile. It is applicable to new tenancies within the specified timeframe, limited to one 6-week free offer per tenancy agreement. The offer will be provided upon successful completion of the tenancy agreement. The offer is subject to availability, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
3. Offer Period: This offer is a limited-time promotion and is only applicable to tenants who move in before the 31st of December 2024.
4. Six Week Rent Free Application: The six-week free offer is calculated as: monthly rent multiplied by 12, divided by 52, multiplied by 6. The offer is applied in full as a credit to the second month's rent.
5. Ineligibility: This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. It is not transferable to other tenants, and only one tenant per apartment can benefit from this offer.
6. Qualifying Tenancies: Only tenancies with a minimum duration of 12 months are eligible for this offer. Shorter tenancies, or any tenancy extensions that fall below the 12-month threshold will not qualify for the six weeks free rent.
7. Apartment Availability: Availability for this offer is subject to apartment availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of apartments available for this promotion, and it is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Application Process: To apply for this offer, please mention your interest in the "Six weeks Free on 12-Month Apartment Lettings Offer" when you contact our leasing office. The offer will be incorporated into your tenancy agreement upon approval.
9. Term Renewal: Should you choose to renew your tenancy agreement after the initial 12 months, the offer does not carry over to the renewed term. The six-weeks free rent is a one-time incentive for new tenants.
10. Termination or Cancellation: If you terminate your tenancy agreement early, the six-weeks free rent offer will be void. In such a case, you will be required to reimburse the equivalent amount of the rent for the free weeks.
11. Liability: We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience incurred if the promotion's conditions are not met, including apartment availability, moving-in date, or eligibility requirements.
12. Amendment or Termination: We reserve the right to amend or terminate this offer at any time, without prior notice. Any tenancies initiated before the amendment or termination date will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of application.

Way of Life Management Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and/or at its absolute discretion refuse or withdraw the offer at any time without notice. This offer is not open to employees, agents, or associated individuals with the landlord or the letting agency.

The decision of Way of Life Management Ltd in any matter concerning the offer is final, and by participating, the participant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. If you take part in the offer, we will use any relevant details submitted to administer the offer. If you do not consent to such use of your details, please do not agree to take part in the offer. Where is there any conflict, these terms and conditions for the offer shall prevail over any other terms and conditions agreed by the parties. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and by making use of the offer, you agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any such claims or disputes which arise out of or in connection with this offer.
