Refer a Friend Incentive – T&Cs

The Refer a Friend Offer (the “Offer”) shall apply to the Way of Life Management Ltd (“WOL”) managed building known as The Kell only (the “Property”). For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the friend referring must be an existing resident of the Property and shall be known as the “Referrer” and the incoming tenant shall be known as the “Referee”.

  1. Offer Eligibility:In order for the Offer to apply, the Referee must not have registered their interest in The Kell with WOL or a letting agent acting on WOL's behalf (the "Agent"), they must have provided their consent to the Referrer for their details to be provided to WOL and/or the Agent, they must pass all referencing and affordability requirements and have the Right to Rent in England, and they must enter into a minimum tenancy term of 12 months. Paperwork must be complete and initial monies paid in full in time for the tenancy start date.

  2. Ineligibility:The Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. It is not transferable to other tenants.

  3. Offer Details:The Offer includes a £200 credit to be allocated against both the Referrer’s and the Referee’s rental accounts. Such credit shall be processed within 30 days of the date of the Referee’s signed tenancy agreement. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. Apartment Availability:Availability for the Offer is subject to apartment availability. It is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and will be limited to the first 50 referrals.

  5. Application Process:To apply for this Offer, the Referrer should disclose details of the Referee to the relevant Lettings or Building Manager as soon as possible to allow the referral to be corroborated. There is no limit to the amount of referrals the Referrer can offer.

  6. Term Renewal:Should either the Referrer and/or the Referee renew their tenancy agreement after the initial 12 months, the Offer does not carry over to the renewed term. This Offer is a one-time incentive.

  7. Termination or Cancellation:If either the Referrer or the Referee terminates their tenancy agreement early, the Offer will be void. In such a case, the Referrer or the Referee (as applicable) will be required to reimburse the rental credit applied to the relevant account to WOL.

  8. Liability:We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience incurred if the promotion's conditions are not met, including apartment availability, moving-in date, or eligibility requirements.

  9. Amendment or Termination:We reserve the right to amend or terminate this Offer at any time, without prior notice. Any tenancies initiated before the amendment or termination date will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of application.

  10. Acceptance:By accepting this incentive, tenants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The decision of WOL in any matter concerning the Offer is final.

  11. Exclusions:This offer is not open to employees of WOL or external Agents.
