Before your booking, please speak to your Building Manager who will ensure the space is set up and prepared (if relevant). If your booking is in a shared space, please be mindful of other residents and ensure your area is left clean and tidy.

Friends and family are welcome within the capacity guidelines, please note you are responsible for informing all guests of the house rules and usage guidelines.

- Please note bookings for the barbecue do not have access to the kitchen or private dining room.

- Please flag any issues with the barbecue to your Building Manager right away.

- The barbecue and outdoor table space is self-managed, please leave this how you found it.

- Please follow relevant instruction booklets and take care around hot surfaces when using the barbecue.

- Please take care when handling knives and other sharp or potential dangerous items, store them safely when you’re not using them.

- Food and drinks are welcome on the terrace but please be mindful of keeping the space clean for the other residents. Please take any leftover food or drinks with you when you leave.

- Please clean and organise your barbecue box prior to returning to reception.
