When gyms closed down during lockdown and the repercussions of panic buying cheese and chocolate were starting to show, we moved our run clubs online to try and help our residents to stay fit and entertained!
Every week we release new 5 to 10K routes close to our buildings on the Way of Life Run Club so whether you’re running, jogging or fast-paced walking, give them a try and discover some nice running routes in your neighbourhood or change up your routine a bit if you’re a seasoned runner.
