Protecting you & your home

In response to this constantly evolving situation, we have taken the following measures. These are reviewed and updated on a day to day basis.

Our Staff

All our staff is now working from home where possible, with business running as usual. Thanks to technology we can continue to offer the same quality of service to our customers offering digital solutions such as video viewings and videocalls to replace face-to-face interactions between our staff and customers.

Our Buildings

To help prevent the spread of infection in our buildings we have Increased cleaning frequency of high-traffic areas including entrance and communal door handles, reception desks, intercom panels, lifts and lift call buttons.

Even though these are extraordinary times, life goes on and things may need repairing. We are in regular contact with our suppliers and contractors to ensure their employees continue to follow government guidance on hygiene including washing hands before and after entering an apartment and the building.

Finally, to protect both staff and customers, we have closed all shared amenity spaces in our buildings in Birmingham, Leicester and Manchester.

Our Customers

The safety and wellbeing of our customers is priority. We are doing everything within our power to ensure they continue to have the best experience whilst staying with us. Clear and regular communication is key, which is why we are issuing frequent messages to all our residents on government updates and management measures taken.

Vulnerable customers

Our staff is there to support any customer that has indicated they are self-isolating by regularly checking in with them and if necessary, helping out with picking up essential goods.

Health & Wellbeing

To help our customers stay healthy in these unprecedented times, both mind and body, our teams are working on a digital offer of Fitness classes and tips on improving personal wellbeing.

Community

We are supporting and helping the local community wherever we can and also encouraging our customers to join their join local COVID-19 Mutual Aid Facebook group to see where they can be of help to their neighbours in need.
